A branding project for Teater Arken, “The Arch Theater”, a complete new identity for the theater company I worked in for one year. The identity is organized around several elements: the logo, other graphical elements, and a main color. The logo is an updated version, a more modern evolution of the already existing one, keeping the main metaphor of the boat. It’s also composed as an hidden monogram, created from the letter “T” for the top, and the letter “A” for the base. Several elements found all over the communication are added to that universe to enrich it: small graphical elements are representing the wind and the waves. Finally, the main orange color gives a warm touch to the whole.
The communication aims to be a balance to represent Teater Arken in the best way: modern, serious yet playful, but not childish.
